Delivery timetables
Delivery time varies for the Greek region from 1-4 working days, and the EU from 5-15 days. For most of the orders placed until 12:00, with delivery address to cities around Greek Region, they are being delivered the next business day. For the islands it takes 2-3 days. Courier business days for free delivery are Monday to Friday for most of the big cities. For the rest of Greece the courier will contact you to arrange delivery time.
Shipping Costs – Greece
For orders shipped to Greece with 29euros or more, and for weight (actual or volumetric*) under 2 kilos shipping is FREE. In case your order is heavier than 2 volumetric kilos then he will get a discount of 3euros in his order. For example if its 2.5kilos he will pay just 1.6 euro additional shipping costs. For your orders, and if the total weight does’t pass 30 volumetric* kilos the shipping cost for Greece is: • 3,00€ for 2 kilos and 1.2€ for each additional. For example, for an order of 29euros with weight 2.5kilos, you will pay just 1euro for shipping.
For orders shipped to Greece with 50euros or more, and for weight under 15 kilos (actual or volumetric*) shipping is FREE.
For the rest of the orders, if the weight doesn’t exceed 30 kilos (actual or volumetric*), shipping cost is 3,00€ for 2 kilos and 1.2€ for each additional. The company pays the courier to delivery to each nearest delivery point closer to the shipping address. Extra costs may be applied for hard to access areas. To avoid paying extra, please contact the local courier, which will execute your order and verify your address. Alternatively you can pick up the parcel yourself from the corresponding courier’s warehouse.

For Cyprus, for orders from 85euros, shipping is FREE, if the order doesn’t exceed 10 kilos (actual or volumetric*) For the rest of the orders we offer competitive shipping charges. Example 1: for an order 22€ with 3 kilos of weight, shipping is just 11.20€
Example 2: for an order 67€ with 3 kilos of weight, shipping is just 4.60€

For the rest of the countries the same discount systems applies based on the cost of the order. The orders are shipped via ELTA (Hellenic Post).When you finalized your product selection and reach the cart page, before order completion, you can add the country of delivery and see the estimated shipping costs.
Example 1: for an order 22€ with 2 kilos of weight, shipping is just 44.00€
Example 2: for an order 67€ with 3 kilos of weight, shipping is just 37.40€
Example 3: for an order 120€ with 6 kilos of weight, shipping is just 55.40€
Example 4: for an order 120€ with 3 kilos of weight, shipping is just 32.6€

Volumetric Calculation
The shipping costs are calculated base on the higher weight between gross and volumetric. Volumetric weight is: Length Χ Width Χ Height in cm / 5000 = Volumetric Weight. Our Company provides the higher weight for each product in product page.
Order Delays
Your order may be delayed for a number of reasons. If its up to our company we will contact you via email asap we have such information.
Note that for destinations outside EU, our Company doesn’t have any responsibility for added charges in your country’s customs offices. We suggest before you finalize your order to contact your customs offices.
