Ceylon Tea thrives in regions of Ceylon. It's black colour comes after it's oxidation. It has a characteristic citrus aroma and it can be used alone or in mixtures. Ceylon is the third country that produces worldwide the light and delicate black teas, like Dimbula, Uva, Highlands, Nuwara Eliya. They owe their fine taste in the special conditions that exist in the highlands where the tea is planted.
First flush means the first gathering of the year happening in March to mid April.
